The move to these platforms is an important step forward for Spence Club. It gives members greater visibility and control over their membership, while helping our volunteer Board and committees manage member information, payments and renewals more efficiently.
Through their online Spence Club account, members can manage key membership details in one place, including reviewing their membership, updating payment information and accessing available account settings.
The new system also helps Spence Club maintain more accurate membership records and deliver clearer, more consistent communication to members. This supports us to spend less time on manual administration and more time creating valuable events, opportunities and connections for the Spence Club community.
Automatic membership renewal
As part of the updated system, members may choose to have their annual membership renew automatically using their saved payment method.
Automatic renewal is designed to make it easier for members to maintain uninterrupted access to Spence Club membership benefits without needing to manually complete the renewal process each year.
Members remain in control of their renewal preferences and can turn off automatic renewal at any time by logging into their Spence Club account. Turning off automatic renewal will prevent the next annual payment, while the current membership will remain active until the end of the period already paid for.
Members can log in and manage their membership here: Log in to your Spence Club account
To cancel the reoccurring payment, please follow these instructions here.
Anyone who needs help accessing their account, updating their details or managing their renewal settings can contact us at memberships@spenceclub.com.au.
We are pleased to continue improving the systems that support our members and look forward to delivering an increasingly seamless Spence Club membership experience.
